The day was great in dealing with the monster that can be found inside one’s self. To deal with those monsters how would you do it? Would you fight it? Would you run? Or would you freeze? Today the way I dealt with those monsters is my favorite way, and my weapon against the Monster today was paint. Letting my mind go and be free from the torment of the Monster constantly luring me back to the darkness, is not easy to do sometimes. With painting I am truly happy and free from that monster. So today I went back to the place doing the one thing I know and embrace to keep me free of that monster, painting. Today was the start of the painting “Monster Within”.
